Why were the Reviews of Star Wars The clone wars so much worse than the other prequels?
Don't get me wrong, I am not defending the clone wars, but after I watched this guy's review of The Clone wars, he made a really good point that The Clone wars movie wasn't really any worse then the other Star Wars prequels. Why do you think the reviews were much worse?
I think because it was blatantly, blatantly obvious that Lucas was just doing it for the money. Take all the young fans of the TV show, get them to buy tickets to your big-screen adaptation of the show (that does NOTHING to progress the story of the overall saga), and get them to beg their parents to buy toys from the movie. Plus, it was poorly written, average animation and sub-standard voice acting.
