What could we do instead?
I need some creative ideas for the grooms table for a wedding. He has said that he doesn't want a cake since we will have so much wedding cake, but we still want it to be something that he likes. He loves the Dallas Cowboys, and originally we were going to do a cake of the stadium. There will be tons of fruit (since the venue provides a fruit table), and we are just trying to come up with something that we can personalize for him. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
I have to first start by saying I love the Dallas cowboys as well, so your man must be wonderful. Ok, now as for his table, Dallas is easy because our symbol is the star. You can easily cut some pieces of fruit with a cookie cutter into star shapes. Also, you can get a custom wedding cake topper with him wearing a Dallas jersey or something like that (maybe even a caricature) A piece of memorabilia would be nice to. It could double as your gift to him. You can put it on the table so he will be surprised when he sees is (signed football, new jersey, autograph poster, etc). As a sports fan, we love that stuff.
