i feel my kids are to playful with our fox terrier. she gets out of control?
kids play with her but then she dont know when to stop when playtime is over. she even nipped my daughters leg. and when i told her to stop she barked at me and look like she wanted to attack me. i kinda fearded her alittle bit. are they known to get to playful?
How old is the fox terrier? If she's a puppy then she'll probably get a little crazy at times. Regardless of age, you need to learn how to handle a dog that challenges you and your children. Teach your children how to handle the dog as well. While playtime is fun for the dog, they do need to know when enough is enough. Don't show your dog fear or else they will get the upper hand in the pack order. It is not acceptable for your dog to be hurting you or your children. I don't know much about the breed in general but this is true of any dog! If you need tips on proper correction let me know.
