What program is used to make cartoons such as Dora the Explorer and Go Diego! Go!?
I'm familiar with many computer programs, max, flash, blender etc... But I can't recognize what program is used to make cartoon shows like that. I was thinking flash but the movements and animations don't look like flash at all.

That's because Dora the Explorer is traditionally animated. Drawn on paper, frame-by-frame, then the drawings are scanned and colored digitally.
It's just that the animation is so crappy and stiff with very little actual movement, that it looks like it was animated in Flash.
